How we met

Our story, so far

  1. 2018

    A cycle-cafe queue in Lisbon

    Iris orders the wrong coffee on purpose. Theo lets her.

  2. 2020

    Moved in together

    One pandemic, six houseplants, zero regrets.

  3. 2024

    Engaged on a winter beach in Porto

    Theo dropped to one knee. Iris said yes before the tide came in.

  4. 2026

    Married, somewhere with olive trees

    We hope you can be there.

Wedding schedule

The day, hour by hour

  1. 15:30

    Welcome drinks

    Terrace, Quinta da Capela

    Champagne and figs while you find your seats.

  2. 16:00

    Ceremony

    Olive grove (next to the chapel)

    Outdoor. Bring a hat — it's warm.

  3. 17:00

    Photos + canapés

    Garden lawn

    30 minutes for family photos.

  4. 19:00

    Dinner & speeches

    Main dining hall

    Five courses, paired wines.

  5. 21:30

    First dance + late party

    Stone barn

    DJ until 02:00, then a quiet bar.
